²⁶ Then use it to anoint^(A) the tent of meeting, the ark of the covenant law, ²⁷ the table and all its articles, the lampstand and its accessories, the altar of incense, ²⁸ the altar of burnt offering and all its utensils, and the basin with its stand. ²⁹ You shall consecrate them^(B) so they will be most holy, and whatever touches them will be holy.^(C)

⁹ “Take the anointing oil and anoint^(A) the tabernacle and everything in it; consecrate it and all its furnishings,^(B) and it will be holy.

¹⁰ Then Moses took the anointing oil^(A) and anointed^(B) the tabernacle^(C) and everything in it, and so consecrated them.

¹¹ He sprinkled some of the oil on the altar seven times, anointing the altar and all its utensils and the basin with its stand, to consecrate them.^(A)

¹³ He is to put the incense on the fire before the Lord, and the smoke of the incense will conceal the atonement cover^(A) above the tablets of the covenant law, so that he will not die.^(B)

³⁰ “‘Observe my Sabbaths^(A) and have reverence for my sanctuary. I am the Lord.^(B)

21 The Lord said to Moses, “Speak to the priests, the sons of Aaron,^(A) and say to them: ‘A priest must not make himself ceremonially unclean^(B) for any of his people who die,^(C)
